Port-au-Prince, February 29, 2024, Thursday. Dr. Ariel Henry, the Prime Minister, arrived in Nairobi today at the invitation of Mr. William Ruto, the President of the Republic of Kenya. Dr. Henry is visiting Kenya to collaborate with Kenyan authorities on various matters, including completing the procedures for the Multinational Security Support Mission
(MSS) deployment. With military honors, the head of state was welcomed at the Jomo-Kenyatta international airport. Then he and President William Ruto had a face-to-face meeting. He will also need to interact with other Kenyan celebrities. After that, Prime Minister Ariel Henry proceeded to the UN Convention Center to take part in the plenary of the UN Environment Assembly’s sixth session (UNEA).
As part of these UN sessions on the environment, this Friday the head of state will address a high-level panel.
