The Episcopal Conference of Haiti (CEH) announced on Monday, February 19, 2024, that Mgr. Pierre André Dumas, Bishop of Anse-à-Veau and Miragoâne, “was injured by an explosion which hit the house where he was staying during his stay in Port-au-Prince.” The press release was signed by Father Jean Rodney Brévil, Deputy Permanent Vice-Secretary of the CEH.
