Any technical file connected to the operation of a radio, television, or radiotelephony project must maintain a section identifying the Technical Authority of the project, according to the General Management of the Executive Body of the National Telecommunications Council. The press release from CONATEL states that the file must include the following details: a copy of the project’s technical manager’s phone number, e-mail address, driver’s license or passport, a copy of the card bearing the project’s unique identification number, and a copy of the valid tax number.
