Johnson ANDRÉ alias “IZO,” the leader of the Gang “5 seconds” in Village-de-Dieu, has been the target of a NOTICE of search by the National Police of Haiti (PNH).
He is wanted for murder, abduction for ransom, illegally possessing firearms, stealing commodities from trucks, and collaborating with criminals.
