Frantz Elbé, the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian National Police (PNH), thanked the public, civil society, and all other national institutions for their excellent cooperation with the PNH during the challenging times the nation is currently facing in a message sent on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
Taking advantage of the occasion, he congratulated and encouraged all the brave police officers from the many specialized units who continue to defend residents’ lives and property while fighting organized crime on a daily basis.
At last, he assured the populace that the PNH would not give up on the battle it is fighting and that, with their cooperation, the PNH will achieve even greater outcomes.
