CONATEL reminds mobile telephone operators of their obligation to register any purchaser of a sim card using their network and their services in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory decision dated 1 April 23. A period of one week is granted to the operators for the submission of an execution plan accompanied by a timetable with a view to bringing all users already in operation into compliance with the aforementioned regulations.
