The invitations have been extended to both signatories and non-signatories of the accord of December 21 from every sphere of national life. It is the intention of Haiti to organize this political forum. However, the HCT invited Caricom, the OAS, the BINUH, and accredited ambassadors to attend as observers. The workshop will cover the various subjects in order to generate solution proposals. At the conclusion of this conference, it will be important to emphasize the creation of the new CEP and, as indicated by a source close to the government, to reorganize the government.
The debates should determine the route to take to reach the elections. The goal is to get everyone involved in Haiti to agree to decide how the elections will go, given that the existing administration makes every effort to restore an environment of security across the entire country.
