The Haitian National Police reported that on Thursday, November 14, they carried out an operation in Mamon, specifically at the “Likse” crossroads, located in the Center department. They stated that they broke up a criminal network, confiscating firearms and dry straws resembling marijuana, as well as apprehending one person.
This operation, targeting a criminal network operating in the region, was carried out by agents of the PNH Central Departmental Directorate.
The police searched a house belonging to Fritznel Paul, alias “Ti Willer”. On site, they discovered and seized:
Two 12-gauge rifles,
A 9mm caliber pistol,
A 38-caliber revolver,
21 cartridges,
Two bladed weapons,
Dry straws similar to marijuana,
Two scales,
Two cell phones.
Nissan pickup, registered FF-00331, as well as two motorcycles.
During this operation, Rodnel Dory, 36 years old and originally from Jérémie, was arrested. He is currently in detention and is under investigation. As for the owner of the house, Fritznel Paul, he is still on the run and actively sought by the PNH.
