The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) via the Directorate of Legal Affairs informs commercial companies, financial institutions and the general public that, “as part of the strengthening of procedures for the registration and management of business names, a new standardized certificate has been introduced.
From now on, the business name registration certificates issued by the MCI are equipped with a QR code and a sticker decorated with a dry seal to ensure their authenticity and traceability. This system is a continuation of the modernization initiated with the establishment of the Individual Business Registration and Priority Search Platform.
The Ministry invites users and institutions concerned to take the necessary measures to integrate this new format into their administrative and financial procedures. »
Registration application: The Ministry also informs that any application for registration of a sole proprietorship must now be submitted in the form of a form.
